Lewis Hamilton has ended the sole practice session from Silverstone on top of the timesheet.
The drivers had just 60 minutes to dial themselves into a rhythm ahead of sprint qualifying later today, with the Italian putting himself in the best position.
Hamilton's late lap time saw him go two-tenths ahead of Kimi Antonelli, with the duo a long way clear of the rest of the pack.
Charles Leclerc was third in the second Ferrari but half a second down on his team-mate, while George Russell and Oscar Piastri rounded out the top five.
Piastri had a high-speed spin during the session but managed to stay clear of the barrier.
