Rafael Camara took victory in the F2 feature race at the Belgian Grand Prix, ahead of Tasanapol Inthraphuvasak in the red-flag-interrupted contest.
Championship leader Nikola Tsolov rounded out the podium places at Spa-Francorchamps, with Alex Dunne and Gabriele Mini rounding out the top five.
Title challenger Mini enjoyed a better-than-expected end to his difficult weekend, having started down the order before incurring a five-second time penalty for tagging Roman Bilinski at the first corner, which he served during his pit stop.
Noel Leon had fought his way before from last on the grid to fourth by the chequered flag, but a five-second time penalty for track limits dropped him back to seventh. Likewise, Alex Dunne, who finished second, was shuffled down to fourth as he crossed the line — both to Tsolov and Mini's advantage.
Laurens van Hoepen brought out his second red flag of the round — after a gearbox malfunction in qualifying — when he crashed heavily at Malmedy on Lap 9.
When the race resumed, as a rolling start, there would be only 24 minutes left to complete as much of the 25-lap race distance as possible, with 21 laps ultimately reached.
Emerson Fittipaldi Jr. brought out a safety car, but the leaders, who had already stopped, were able to return themselves to the front of the field.
