The #15 BMW car won the Six Hours of São Paulo, taking outright victory and triumphing in the Hypercar class by beating the #51 Ferrari machine by just two seconds.
Driven across the line by Will Stevens, the #12 Cadillac Hertz Team Jota took the chequered flag in third, rounding out the podium places at the fourth round of the 2026 World Endurance Championship.
The #38 Cadillac Hertz Team Jota and the #83 AF Corse Ferrari completed the top five places in Brazil, as the sun set on the Interlagos Circuit.
With just 10 minutes to go, the #50 Ferrari of Antonio Fuoco was spun around by the #20 BMW of Robin Frijns as they fought for fifth through the Senna Esses, dropping the Italian down to eighth.
In LMGT3, the #34 Racing Team Turkey By TF machine took the class win, from the #69 Team WRT car and the #92 The Bend Manthey machine.
