Cadillac could be found guilty of a technical non-conformity at the Italian Grand Prix after Colton Herta's MAC-26 ground to a halt during FP1 at Monza.
The stewards at the Temple of Speed confirmed the team has been summoned before them because the clutch disengagement system did not work correctly when Herta pulled to one side to retire from the first free practice session after just 20 minutes.
Liam Lawson was found guilty of the same breach earlier this year, in FP1 at the Canadian Grand Prix. For that incident, Racing Bulls was fined €30,000, with €20,000 of that suspended for 12 months.
It adds insult to injury for not only the fledgling team but also its American driver, who also crashed during F2 practice earlier in the day.
