Fernando Alonso has been issued a warning for crossing the white line on the pit lane exit during FP2 in Barcelona.
Alonso emerged from the pit lane with two Red Bull cars in front of him and was keen to make his way ahead of both drivers.
However, in doing so, Alonso seemed to dip a wheel over the pit lane exit which was immediately flagged by the stewards.
While such an offence may be met with a stricter punishment later in the weekend, Alonso was let off with a warning on this occasion.
“The Stewards reviewed video evidence,” read a statement.
“The outside edge of the left front wheel crossed the white line at pit exit.”
Alonso ended the session in 21st place, lapping only ahead of team-mate Lance Stroll, who rounded out the field in a difficult session for Aston Martin.
