Ferrari team principal Fred Vaseur is back in the paddock in Monaco after skipping Saturday on medical grounds.
The Italian squad communicated on Saturday morning that Vasseur would be absent throughout the day after undergoing checks at a local medical centre.
It proved to be a challenging day for Ferrari as it entered the qualifying session hoping to claim its first pole position of the year after showing strong pace in practice.
However, it had to settle for the second row, with Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc qualifying third and fourth respectively.
As it seeks to bring home a strong result in the race, Vasseur will now be on-hand trackside to manage the day after being cleared by the medical staff.
