George Russell handed massive Mexico City penalty after Isack Hadjar collision

George Russell has been handed a massive 10-second time penalty after causing an opening lap collision in the Mexico City Grand Prix. 

The Mercedes driver started on the front row and suffered a terrible launch off the line, immediately dropping him back several positions on the run into the first corner.
