Max Verstappen and Carlos Sainz must both visit the stewards following the conclusion of first practice ahead of this weekend's Hungarian Grand Prix.
It surrounds an incident involving the duo in the opening minutes of first practice, as the four-time world champion was entering the final sector on his first flying lap.
A slow-moving Sainz failed to move off the racing line on the approach to Turn 12, resulting in Verstappen diving to the inside after setting the fastest times in the first two sectors.
The moment ruined the Dutchman's lap, although he then slowed considerably through the corner and darted back across the front of Sainz's Williams.
It was quickly discovered that Sainz had no radio, but Verstappen, unaware of that, described the incident as "really dangerous".
Nevertheless, both drivers will be investigated for alleged erratic driving and will discover ahead of second practice whether any punishment will be handed out.
