Oscar Piastri experienced the Isle of Man TT for the first time this week, and the Australian was left in disbelief at the sheer spectacle of it all.
The McLaren driver attended qualifying on the famous Snaefell Mountain Course alongside his manager, former F1 driver Mark Webber, who is a close friend of 23-time TT winner John McGuinness.
The pair watched from a resident's front garden at the bottom of Bray Hill, one of the most renowned spectator spots on the 37.73-mile circuit.
The TT has run almost every year since 1907, making it one of the oldest and most dangerous events in the sport.
Riders race in a time-trial format on closed public roads with no runoff areas, stone walls and telegraph poles lining the course.
Rider Daniel Ingram sadly passed away due to injuries sustained in a crash later in the day.

This year's edition runs from 25 May to 6 June, with the first week dedicated to practice and qualifying before race week begins on 30 May. The headline Milwaukee Senior TT, a gruelling six-lap contest, closes the programme on 6 June.
In an Instagram clip, Piastri captured superbikes passing just inches from the garden wall he was leaning on.
"We are at someone's house, going through someone's garden," the 25-year-old explained in his social media post. "Apparently, this is the spot to watch.
"I don't know what I was expecting, but this wasn't it."
At the end of the video, the nine-time grand prix winner aptly summed up the experience, adding: "These guys are nuts."
Bray Hill is a steep plunge on an ordinary public road in Douglas, where leading riders barely lift off the throttle, hitting speeds well in excess of 180mph before disappearing over Ago's Leap.
For spectators standing mere metres away, the experience is unlike anything else in motorsport.
Piastri, clearly taken by the famous event, later reflected on it, posting a photo carousel captioned: "First TT experience. Won't be the last."
