Williams has revealed a Union Jack-inspired livery and special team kit for Formula 1‘s British Grand Prix this weekend.
The British team will celebrate its home race this weekend with the one-off design. It subtly features ‘splashes’ of red, white, and blue on the nose cone and chassis side.
Additionally, drivers Carlos Sainz and Alex Albon will be sporting special race suits, as well as the Williams mechanics and engineers wearing the celebratory design.

Team Principal James Vowles said: “We are proud to be flying the flag for the British GP this week. From our first win to our 100th, Silverstone has played host to some of Atlassian Williams F1 Team’s most iconic moments – and there is nothing on the F1 calendar quite like the atmosphere of the home crowd here.
“Whether watching in the grandstands, supporting at the Fan Zone or cheering us on from home, we really feel the energy of the fans and will be carrying it with us all weekend.”
The Silverstone livery is just one part of the team’s host of activations taking place in the lead up to the British Grand Prix. Fans in Edinburgh, Manchester, Cardiff, and London will be able to see the livery up close on the Williams show car as it tours the country ahead of the race. In London, the team also hosts its usual Fan Zones including special appearances from Alex Albon, James Vowles, and Damon Hill.
After a slow start to the 2026 season, Williams currently sit eighth in the Constructor’s Championship with 11 points on the board. Sainz and Albon place 14th and 15th respectively in the Driver’s standings. The Spaniard only 1 point ahead of his Thai-British teammate.
