Lewis Hamilton secured an emotional first victory for Ferrari in the Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix after capitalising on a mid-race virtual safety car, while Kimi Antonelli suffered a shock late Mercedes failure. Antonelli became the latest Mercedes-powered driver to suffer a technical failure shortly after overtaking George Russell for second, resulting in his first retirement of the season.
